Very disappointing, apartment needs maintenance to get to even a basic standard. We feel ripped off.

Location

Bathroom sink blocked, bathroom smelt of urine, no wi-fi instruction and then poor wi-fi. Hall lights not working, one bedroom lights not working. Door in one bedroom would not close. Door in another bedroom jammed shut and the occupants were not able to get out of the room. We ended up disassembling the door handle mechanism to get the occupants out of the room. Window pane in one bedroom was cracked.

Drainage issues throughout the stay

Location

We were staying as a group of 8. We quickly found out that the drainage in the flat was not working. The shower did not drain, and water kept spilling out of the shower to the hallways and bedrooms. Even toilet sewage backed out from the drain. The smell was awful. I contacted the property, and they were unable to solve the issue. I am now requesting a refund but they are ignoring my messages. We had to book alternative accommodation for the second night, as the shower and toilet were unusable. Dissapointed with this stay and how my concerns have been ignored my the host.

Basement Flat felt a bit musty which caused breathing difficulties for one guest with athsma . Kitchen poorly equipped and bathroom lacked towel rails.

Absolutely unreal apartment!

My friends and I stayed at this lovely apartment this weekend. It was absolutely gorgeous and the staff were extremely accommodating. Clean, cosy and spacious. This is perfect for a big group! 100% amazing value for money and would recommend this. The location is quiet also!

Fantastic & modern apartment

I really enjoyed the modern feel about the flat- everything felt new and clean. The location of the flat was also great, only 5 minutes away from the nearest subway station and shops
