Excellent location and great communication with the apartment manager.
Some door stoppers would be convenient in order to keep the doors open when travelling between rooms as they were very heavy. I understand this is a necessary fire safety precaution but when moving between kitchen to living area, it proves difficult with the heavy doors. Only a small issue

Great location, lovely apartment, good facilities.
Heating wasn’t working, so no heating or hot water during our stay. Not ideal in December! Place was very cold.
I tried to fix the boiler, but it wouldn’t fill up. Host sent messages with Google suggestions of how to fix it. A Saturday, so hard to get an engineer at that time.
Had the heating and hot water been working, this place gets 10/10.
No discount offered for this, which was disappointing.
Electric shower was a bit erratic, went from roasting to freezing with little in between.
