If it had heating and hot water, it gets 10/10
Great location, lovely apartment, good facilities.
Heating wasn’t working, so no heating or hot water during our stay. Not ideal in December! Place was very cold. I tried to fix the boiler, but it wouldn’t fill up. Host sent messages with Google suggestions of how to fix it. A Saturday, so hard to get an engineer at that time. Had the heating and hot water been working, this place gets 10/10. No discount offered for this, which was disappointing. Electric shower was a bit erratic, went from roasting to freezing with little in between.

Propery was well located, clean and tidy with a well equipped kitchen and comfortable rooms but pretty useless shower
Location and communication Clean and tidy Appreciated being able to book a one night stay.
Shower was inefficient and difficult to operate. Main ceiling light and on of the sickest in Bedroom 2 did not work.

Location.
It hasn't been cleaned at all or bedding changed when we arrived (See pics). The owner did chase this quickly and got a cleaning team there but it meant us changing arrangements at some stress to my elderly parents in law on what was supposed to be a celebratory occasion. Even once cleaned it was not presented as the photographs would suggest - towels and bedding 'musty' as if not dried properly. We were left a box of Ferrero Roche as an apology and also told after we had left this morning that we could have a late check out as a goodwill gesture - I paid more that £270 for one night but given that the state of the apartment caused us to have to make rushed change of plans for elderly family. I didn't feel 'spoiled'!
