Location was good and off road parking
Wasn’t the cleanest bed was broken tv not working fridge was stinking of a sour smell just not what we expected for the money was supposed to stay till Monday but left Sunday morning as we didn’t get much sleep on a broken bed! To be fair the owner communicated well and wasn’t happy with her cleaners and had no issue refunding us in full

Spacious.
Wasn’t clean and really needs a makeover. All the walls were marked, showers didn’t drain, kitchen smelt bad and fridge smelt like stale/off milk.

Unfortunately, this apartment was a huge letdown. The windows didn’t open and the fans barely worked, so it was extremely hot with no fresh air. One of the beds was broken — the springs poked into my back, so I had to sleep on the sofa instead. The fridge wasn’t working either, which was a major inconvenience.
Key collection was awkward and unprofessional, requiring us to go to an off-licence to get it from someone . Parking was confusing too — the assigned space (66) was already reserved for a different number plate.
Overall, the stay was uncomfortable and frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Decent shower
Very disappointed with the condition of the property., absolutely not ‘luxury apartment’. Barely ‘river view’. Very run-down. Dirty dishes and oven trays upon arrival. Debris under sofa and on bedroom floor. Worst issue was the bed in the non-en-suite room, bed base has completely collapsed and the mattress was instead being inadequately propped up with spare pillows.

Good location close to the city centre and a large flat, with good kitchen facilities and nice to have two bathrooms.
I had a very uncomfortable stay unfortunately due to the mattress in the smaller bedroom being incredibly uncomfortable. It had large springs that dug in as you slept and one side of the mattress would completely collapse as if it had been used for 20 years. What also made it incredibly uncomfortable was the fact the window was broken in this room too. They had provided a fan due to this but it barely worked. In the heatwave it made the room incredibly hot. I did report my experience to the host, they apologised, and I hope they have been able to fix these issues.

The location of the property is very good and the instructions sent by the host were useful and clear
The technical condition of the premises is poor, flooded ceilings, damaged floor, photos on the website do not correspond to what the apartment looks like. This place requires a deep cleaning when it comes to floors and furniture. The apartment smelled of cigarettes, please smell the curtains in the living room and the blanket in the living room and you will feel it. After reporting to the host that the TV remote control was missing from the apartment, I was asked to look for it, but no one bothered to provide it.

The location was convenient for traveling to the city. From the pictures, I was under the impression that we would have a quay view; however, that was not the case. The rooms were clean and spacious

I thought given the address it would overlook the river. Apartment needed tlc , generally painting , replacing blown bulbs and a door which would not shut.

Apartment requires a spruce-up/makeover, it was grossly overpriced. We had a plumbing problem, which didn't help.

Location is OK, but road outside very noisy.
Flat is average - uncomfortable settees.
Kitchen was ok, with adequate facilities.
Advertised as river view, which was why we booked it, but this is a lie. You can just about make out a bit of river if you hang out of the window and look about 500 meters up the street past the flats on the other side of the road. We were very cross about this.
£75 cleaning fee? When we arrived, the place was barely passable. There were sweet wrappers, travel tickets hair ties and other bits and pieces lying on the floor. The toilet in the en-suite had a thing tied round it saying that it had been sanitised, but there was human waste on the seat. We left the place cleaner than we found it. We should have been paid for cleaning it! WiFi only worked about 50% of the time. We had to use phone hotspots, which was a bit inconvenient.
Whole place scuffed and a bit tatty, but short lets get like that quickly, so not a problem.

It was easy to enter the property. The apartment was spacious and clean and the location was excellent as it was close to the University of Strathclyde and the city centre. We wanted to hire a car to go out of Glasgow and there was a car rental office within walking distance. There is also a grocery shop beside the apartment building. Overall my family and I were happy with this property.
It would have been perfect if there was a dryer. Only washing machine. Instruction as to how to use the washing machine would have been great. Overall it was a comfortable apartment. Nothing major to complain about.

We enjoyed our stay the flat was very clean and comfortable. Location was perfect for visiting the Hydro and a well stocked shop next door.

Lovely apartment, everything one needs for a few days away. Very good size place and everything in walking distance. Happily recommend. Love the fact these was also a safe parking spot attached to the place.

the property was in a great location for central Glasgow
the property was very tired and in need of complete renovation. there was a few appliances that didn’t work but the host Suzy was exceptional and rectified the issues very quickly. i was told the property is about to be refurbished.

It was comfortable and clean, had 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and area to dine and living room. Thoroughly enjoyed it. It had a Nisa shop close by.

Funny Theft !!!
the property agent/ Owner deducted fifty sterling from the deposit for no reason, claiming that the deduction was for the cost of the extra toiletries !!! How come for a family of four adults staying for 11 nights to use 20 ml of shampoo and one small pack of napkins ?!
Moreover, the agent who emailed me about the “claimed damage” was very rude and disrespectful.

it was very spacious, lots of room and nice decor. felt warm and like a home!
the lifts weren’t working and we had to walk 10 flights of stairs. The email for my code for the key wasn’t sent to me and had to phone owner. a lot of paintwork and stuff wasn’t really up to standard to what we paid for 2 nights!

the location is perfect – we had a concert at the Hydro so was a short walk at the end of the night, and not far at all from the city centre either. the host was very accommodating regarding letting us park early which was very much appreciated.
I have to admit I was a bit disappointed by the state of the flat given the price we paid for a two night stay. We had compared staying in a nice hotel but opted for this flat as it looked like it was going to be a very nice place to stay and the location was perfect. The property isn’t falling apart by any means but there were holes in the walls where heaters had been moved and not patched up, water marks/damp in the main bedroom ceiling, the en suite shower had what appeared to be a drinking straw wedged in it to hold it in place, the wooden shelf in the bathroom where the shower pole is attached is very water damaged, and the blinds in the bedrooms didn’t have the rods to adjust them which was a bit annoying. the location of the property is brilliant and while I’m not saying it was awful, I was a bit underwhelmed given the price. I feel as though a bit of TLC and some finishing would bring this place up to a better standard.
Also another small thing, the towels in the master bedroom were clean as they smelled like detergent but really damp even though they were rolled up ready for us – luckily the towels in the other bedroom were dry so we used those.
