Awful and house not clean

Modern property

Dirty needs a deep clean , oven and microwave was splattered with food and dirty , beds are very low and uncomfortable . Back door would not lock so we had to sleep on sofa has a lot of undesirable people about … electric bikes all tide up to railings of property and jackets hung on them felt unsafe … all in all a dissapointing stay

The location of property is central. It is within walking distance of shops. The house is spacious and has everything you need. The beds were comfortable and the street is quite.

I would have like toiletries such as shampoo, but, it wasn't a big problem.

Unpleasant

The house was central.

The beds were uncomfortable, the linen was old and some not clean. Toilet paper in 1 toilet only. We left a pack for the next guest so they weren’t stuck like us. The communication with the owner was not satisfactory. I had to reach out to them for check in details the day before even though it said they will reach out 7 days before. All I got was a PIN code for door and wifi code. Not another word. There was no folder with any info on services in the area. We arrived and the house cleaning from previous guest was only just starting at 3.30pm. We were told it would be ready. We had to go out for 2 hours whilst this was being done. We were told there was free parking. Not true. We had to walk 800 metres to a car park up and down a hill with our bags. The car park felt isolated and unsafe. I would not recommend this property. Sadly the property has potential but needs another owner or manager. Such a shame!

Excellent location, very beautiful and clean property.

Super location right at the heart of city. Big space with very spacious rooms and washrooms. Although washrooms are not attached. Every attraction is walking including Buchanan street.

The location

The property was in a very poor state re. maintenance. There were ants all over the kitchen worktops, empty beer cans and random planks of wood scattered around the garden, and even a hole in the wall. The carpets were stained, and bins were still full upon arrival.There were no instructions provided for the heating system or any safety guidelines, which is unacceptable. One of the bedrooms didn’t have a main light at all, and another had only a single lamp where two should have been. The bathroom grout was orange with grime, indicating a lack of proper cleaning.Most beds had only a single sheet between us and the mattress—despite the likelihood of multiple previous occupants—and the beds themselves were extremely uncomfortable, with poor-quality mattresses that should be replaced. It.’s clear that feedback from past reviews has not been addressed, and overall, the property falls well below acceptable.

Very enjoyable, would recommend, more attention to we marks and issues

We loved the location, the property was nice and spacious. The couch and accessories that is fitted in the house was beautiful. The shower facilities were amazing.

Some of the shelves were not fitting or built correctly, some marks on the walls. Due to the freezer door not fitted on right, the freezer has over freeze which has caused a buildup of ice prevent you from getting into the shelves. The top latch for the window in the double room facing the street is broken, it wasn’t attached at all just made to look like it.

Basic or non existent kitchen equipment and lounge furniture could have been better. There was no table and chairs to eat. Unfortunately the WiFi did not work but the hosts came late on a Saturday night to try to sort the problem. A warning should be given to people with a physical disability problem as the approach is very steep from the main road.

Die Größe der Unterkunft war gut, die Küche groß und angenehm waren zwei Badezimmer. Die Lage ist recht gut und Parkplätze sind direkt vor der Tür vorhanden. Die Räume sind großzügig.

Die Wände waren fleckig, das Sofa ebenfalls, genauso wie der Teppichboden. Der Küchenboden war klebrig und die Einrichtung der Küche ist auf das mindeste reduziert (beispielsweise eine Schere war hier nicht aufzufinden). Die Küche war leider voller Ameisen…

La situation en plein centre ville. Par contre, le parking dans la rue n’est pas gratuit comme indiqué par le propriétaire. Il faut compter 50€/ jour et 10€/nuit pour garer son véhicule dans un parking sécurisé. La rue est très mal fréquentée et très bruyante en pleine nuit ….

Propriétaire très peu investi à la réussite du séjour de ses voyageurs. Il manquait couvertures et draps pour au moins 2 personnes. Mon fils a du dormir sur le canapé sans aucune protection ni couverture pour le couvrir. Aucune solution n’a été apportée, ni même des excuses! Il faut également savoir qu’il n’y a pas de chaise ni tabouret pour s’asseoir et aucune table pour manger, sans parler des assiettes et couverts en nombre insuffisant. Très peu d’ustensiles pour cuisiner et une propreté très médiocre.
