WEST END -Stunning, 2 bedroom, main door flat with private parking

The location is excellent. The property is in Finnieston, just a few minutes' walk from Kelvingrove Park and surrounded by countless cafés, pubs and restaurants. The city centre is also only about a 20-minute walk away. We also really appreciated the private parking. Having a parking space in Glasgow is a real advantage and made our stay much more convenient.

Regarding maintenance, several walls had peeling paint, and the ceilings above the shower areas showed clear signs of moisture damage. The living room sofas also appeared to be in need of professional upholstery cleaning, so we did not feel comfortable using them. As for cleanliness, we found bottles left behind by previous guests in the living room and food leftovers in the air fryer. Outside, the front entrance and parking area had overflowing bins and rubbish scattered around, including broken glass. The rear of the property, which faces the main street, had also accumulated litter and overgrown weeds, making it unpleasant to open the bedroom windows.

The access with included parking right at the door was excellent. It made getting in and out a breeze compared to other accommodation. The flat was large and clean and really well located for the event at SEC and the Finnieston area.

Nothing to dislike - stay went really well.

The front of the apartment is lower ground floor on a busy road. The addition of double glazing to the bedroom on this side would be a nice improvement if possible. Only a small point from an otherwise great apartment.

Really spacious and situated in a good area of Glasgow. It’s about a 30 minute walk into the city centre.

Very noisy! Main road to the front of the property is very busy with traffic all night with bin Lorry’s from around 4am on a Sunday morning. Also lots of people walking home from nights out shouting. The room at the back of the property was quiet!
