Location was great! Flat was clean and well furnished.
The furnishings could do with a bit of TLC. Loose cupboard doors & draws. Door handles were loose, light bulbs loose, plug points loose etc. Small things, but could do with a once over to improve the general appearance and experience for guests.

Good location, restaurants nearby, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen and living room - great space. Nicely furnished. Would stay there again.
The sheets and towels were piled on the beds and we had to make the beds and carry towels to the bathroom. We arrived at the premises after midnight. This was quite an annoyance.

Everything. Roof was leaking, room was mouldy, fire alarm and double socket was disconnected due to the water leak.Didnt finish my stay, left and booked elsewhere

The instructions provided to collect the keys were easy to understand and collected with ease
The apartment was spacious and exceeded our expectations
There were 2 bathrooms in the flat which was quite comfortable for the 6 of us
The apartment was situated near to amenities and was close to Kelvingrove and the University of Glasgow
Suzy, who was in contact with us, had been extremely helpful and responsive
There were sufficient parking for 2 cars - marked and reserved for residents staying at this property
The turn into the street along Claremont Street is easily missed - pay attention to the Sat Nav!
There was some confusion with the location of the sofa pack which contained the bedding for the sofa bed and the towels - Suzy tried her best to assist us with locating this via whatsapp but we eventually found the pack in a door behind the coffee table in the lounge. Please clarify the location of the sofa pack if there is more than 4 of you staying here or alternatively, the host team should consider leaving the pack in a more apparent location. Further to this, we only had 4 towels for the 6 of us - there were no additional towels in the sofa pack as informed. (Just wanted to add that the booking was made for 6 people, the team was aware of this).

Very spacious! The beds were very cozy. Showers were great too. I love you can park your car right in front of the property. Walking distance to everything.
They don’t provide staples like salt and pepper in the kitchen. That’s such a minor thing but that’s the only thing I could think of.

The location was spot on, host responded quickly and everything worked as expected. Place was clean, beds were super comfy, bathrooms were absolutely stunning. TV worked, bathtub was nice, the washer and dryer was a great addition. I loooooved the natural lighting like the big windows in all of the rooms. The storage space was really nice too. Over all, this place was super!
The neighbors upstairs were walking really loud back and forth all the time from 12:30am-6am. I don't understand how that was possible but it was and they were constant. Also, the pictures in the house could be more children friendly.

Stunning property, beautifully decorated. Very central and close to Hydro and 25 mins walk from the city centre.
The mattress on the bed in the master bedroom needs replacing asap as you can feel every single spring. A few items broken like the set drawers in the master bedroom, the tv remote and one of the blinds in the master bedroom. I mentioned to the management and they did say they were aware but hadn’t had time to get the handyman in to fix yet.

Good location. Just of the main Finnieston Street with bars and restaurants. Near to Kelvingrove Park which you can walk through to get to the West End. Easy bus ride to center of town. Private parking was essential for us. Hosts very friendly and were able to accommodate our request to check in early - which was much appreciated. I would recommend this flat for a stay in Glasgow.
Could have done with a few more home comforts to make it a bit more welcoming/homely .. like a floor standing lamp in the sitting room, a few blankets or even a second TV in the main bedroom.

Location is excellent, down quiet back lane. apartment is spacious and modern. Kitchen is modern.
As others have commented here and on other sites, this apartment has the potential to be absolutely amazing but it’s been neglected in terms of maintenance and looks shabby in places with lots of broken/missing items. Also the towels and bedding need replacing as they’re not hotel quality as stated in the description (unless you expect greying and hard “white” towels and sagging mattresses). We did bring all the above issues to the attention of the property managers plus one other major one which was hopefully a one off problem and which I won’t go into detail about - and they have promised to look into them all. I do hope so for the comfort of future guests. The company did take our complaints seriously and we were compensated for the distress and lack of enjoyment we encountered during our stay. I hope for future guests all these issues can be resolved. The apartment is in a perfect location for the west end and we thoroughly enjoyed Glasgow itself but this apartment is not cheap and you expect better attention to detail at these prices.

Lack of attention to detail - shoddy workmanship with floors and painting. Towels were stained and looked dirty (originally white!). Bedlinen of poor quality. Mattress in master bedroom needs replaced. Tap in en suite loose. Mould in main shower and main toilet bowl. No live tv. Does property meet latest fire/smoke regulations?

I was a little nervous about the parking. Other car owners didn’t respect the signs indicating it was a private parking place. Nothing the owner could do about that. I ultimately didn’t have problems but worried about being blocked in.

Suzy was a great host 😊 the directions were spot on and took the worry out of finding the property, which was outstanding, and lovely and warm for our arrival and during our stay ❤️ (temps hit -10°C or lower!) would definitely be my first port of call if I need to stay in Glasgow in the future.

It has a great location both for the West end and the centre of town. The flat is finished to a high standard with private parking which is real a bonus in this part of town.
Main bed could do with a new mattress as it was too soft.

Super spacious, beautifully decorated and updated traditional west end flat. Incredibly comfortable beds and amazing bathrooms with stand alone tub and lovely showers. Hope to return and stay again soon!

It is a beautiful flat, very well presented and spacious. In a great location right next to Kelvingrove Park and close to amenities.
The kitchen is a bit tired, it needs updating in line with the rest of the flat. The main bedroom is noisy at night with passers by and traffic noise.
