Excellent location, especially to fit 6 people.
Sofa bed was in living room which was fine, however the living room curtains did not block out any light, so room was in daylight from about 6am each morning. Would be good if some blackout curtains could be fitted to make this room more comfortable.

Great location, lovely airy open plan kitchen/sitting room, comfy beds, sweet little garden area
There was a very noisy group of girls staying in the flat downstairs - no-one’s fault, just one of those things!

Brilliant location close to Bristol Student Union, Clifton and the Triangle. Super bus service into the city centre. Beds were really comfy and exceptional communications with the owner. Couldn't ask for better service, especially when we managed to lock ourselves out! Lovely and warm with great facilities and superb value - thank you!
