Modern, clean and comfortable. Amenities were perfect for our weekend visit of friends. The facilities and decor complement the building and practical use.
It would have been nice to have more comfortable seating in the dining room as we did spend a lot of time sitting catch up around the dining room table

Good position between Clifton and Bristol centre,
Beds comfortable
Could have been clearer in the description about the shared (jack and Jill) shower rooms in description.
Only lounge facilities are the basement cinema room which again didn’t seem clear in description

- very clean and nicely decorated
- cinema room is soundproofed
- good walkable location
- not told the lock box code until after check in time
- nowhere close to park overnight for a reasonable price

Location was amazing. Beautiful house.
The place needs a deep clean and the drains in the downstairs toilet need sorting out due to the smell. Absolutely lovely place but just needs the owners to go in there and snag all the small annoying niggles and like I said undertake a deep clean and sort the GF toilet.
