Great apartment in a great location. Very well decorated, and with all necessary facilities.

The host ONLY communicates TO his guests (with lots of instructions for checking in and out). Unfortunately, my attempts to communicate with him about difficulties with access to the building in which his apartment is housed, and which difficulties continued over my entire 18 day stay were completely ignored (not even acknowledged by the host). Additionally, the host organised for a tradesperson to attend the premises to fix a broken window and expected me to wait (on two separate mornings) at the apartment for the arrival of the tradesperson to give him access. At no time did the host acknowledge me for this attention to his business, and then in fact he became quite testy when I was unable to send him a photograph of the repaired window within a few day's delay, as I had travelled to Paris for a long-weekend (when really the host should have asked the tradesman to send him a photograph of the repaired window).

Die Unterkunft war gut geschnitten und hatte viel Platz.

Check In erfolgt über eine Schlüsselbox, die sich aber nicht bei der Unterkunft befindet. Vorab gab es aber keine Info dazu, ich musste es leider feststellen als ich schon vor der Unterkunft stand und den Check in machen wollte. Es war sehr schmutzig. Außerdem kaum Ausstattung. Auch keine Spülmaschinen Tabs etc. Da man am Ende des Aufenthaltes das Geschirr waschen muss, wundert mich nicht, dass alles so schmutzig war ohne geeignete Reinigungsmittel. Die Gegend war Nachts extrem laut. Die Fenster leider extrem dünn, sodass man alles gehört hat als ob sie offen wären.
