It is the best accommodation in Italy! After traveling for 1 week and staying in 3 different places I finally could feel like I am at home. It is super clean, beautiful design, there is a kitchen with everything you need, even toaster and a coffee machine. You can do laundry and dry it on the balcony, which was super helpful. I am absolutely happy that I booked this accommodation! The owner is a very nice person and very fast answers to messages.

Clean, location was great - within the centre and walking distance to train station, near the coast. Area was large enough to move around comfortably. The staff communicates well and fast enough through whatsapp. The palce is clean and all you need is within the flat.

Distância caminhável da estação de trem. Dá pra ir andando pro porto, mas melhor pegar um taxi (pagamos 10 euros). Proprietário excelente, nos deixou fazer check in um pouco antes. Limpeza excelente. Possui máquina de lavar.
O aquecedor estava desligado. Fomos no começo se abril em um dia que estava ventando muito e frio, então o aquecedor teria sido uma boa. O aquecedor de toalha também estava desligado. Não entramos em contato com a acomodação para perguntar pois só ficamos uma noite, mas com certeza eles teriam ajudado, pois são muito prestativos

Alessio and Alessia were so incredibly attentive to our needs. If we needed anything they would respond immediately. They helped us get from Fco to Civitavecchia arriving 9 hours later than planned. We arrived at midnight.We told them we were late and are stuck in LHR. They arranged our travel from FCO on a last minute request. Otherwise we would not have made it to civitavecchia until the next day and have to get a hotel in Rome. Originally planned on taking the train but it would have been impossible.
