It is in a very good location. Everything is close by — the port, the train station, and supermarkets.

The mattresses on the beds were old and had dips. Our sleep was not comfortable at all. The bathroom was dirty, and the shower was very high, creating a risk of falling when stepping out. The bathroom bin had a broken lid, which was very annoying. Also, although there was an air conditioner, we couldn't find the remote control anywhere. The place does not provide a refrigerator.

A great place in Civitavecchia before/after cruises

The B&B was in a great location between the train station and the cruise port of Civitavecchia. Our room was en suite and we shared a well-appointed kitchenette with the other guests in the apartment ~ though we were the only ones to make use of this facility. The included breakfast was provided at a nearby cafe.

Bad experience with the irresponsible host

Strategic location

Other room guest who arrived late after 12am mignight and was making a lots of noise like keep pressing the door bell for about half an hour. I personally feel the host should take the responsibility to make sure the guest who arrive late must acknowledge how to get into the room instead of let the guest kept pressing the door bell to disturb other guest's sleeping time in the same house. However, the host rejected to do any improvement on it when I text the host to complain about the issue.

It was conveniently located around plenty of shops and restaurants. Close to train station and to the port. Room was clean.

The only thing to note was how noisy it can get at certain times but it wasn’t really that bad.

What a lovely place to stay pre cruise.

What a wonderful place to stay before going on a cruise. The location was lovely and came to life at night time with all the bars and restaurants in the area. Entering the property was very easy with the key codes to the building given to us in advance. The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable, just what we wanted. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone, it really is lovely and just a short walk to the port. Some of the other reviews have said that it is noisy at night time, you have to appreciate that the BnB is surrounded by bars and restaurants. We found it very comforting to hear people out and about enjoying themselves. If you don't like the sound then just close the windows and shutters. Thank you for a very comfortable stay, we will be back sometime in the future.

Fun stay in an idyllic place

Great location for a pre or post cruise. Plenty of restaurants nearby and it made us feel like we were in an Italian movie

There was music going on outside until 1 a.m. not sure if this was a one time thing or if it happens every night but if noise bothers you, this might not be the place for you.

The property is perfect location for coming into the port so close by, so is a good little stop over, loads of restaurants and bars near by, with good breakfast vouchers.

The shower was not good, it was very weak and couldn’t wash my hair cause was not enough power.

The room was clean and comfortable and a very good location with good breakfast choices.

Our checkout was 10.30am. We left the room with our luggage packed to buy a SIM card and returned at 10.00am to find our luggage in the hallway and the owner stating we could use the bathroom but then had to leave as they had to clean for new patrons.

The location is wonderful. A short walk from the train station and a short walk to the cruise port. There is a laundry facility close by that I have been using for years. Everything you could want is within walking distance. The room is clean and quaint. I was only looking for a place to sleep before a cruise and the price was right. This was my third year staying here and I will be back.

It is located in a good place. Near is the railway station, and cruise terminal. Near is the shopping and supermarket.

If you want to understand how it is, just look at the comments from 1 star. It is the real description of the place. The owner should remove the photos and make real ones without photoshop. Change the woman, who is cleaning the place. Make a normal bathroom.

Great location

Location was great and the property was clean. We were in town for a cruise so it was easy to access from the train station and not far to the free bus near the old fort to the cruise port shuttle. Instructions for entry were provided via b.com.

It was difficult to get into and out of the shower as there was a step up and no hand rail and the shower screen opening was small so you need to grab hold of the screen. Stairs with bags

Only good it has going is price and location

The location .

Pretty much everything. Couldn't get hot water to work, so I couldn't shower 1st night. Next night, I was not able to get into the shower as there was quite a step up, and the floor was slippery, so again, there was no shower. Lady who cleans rooms arrives around 8am and starts banging cupboard doors, so no sleep in if you want one. Couldn't use cupboard in room as it had spare linen stored. Cleaning lady demanding I pay the 12 euro visitor tax as soon as she saw me. As there was a shared kitchen other guests quite noisy when they came in late. Also live music playing in Piazza outside. Quite loud when wanting an early night. It did stop at a MN though. Building is old (which I love) but definitely needs a coat of paint inside. I don't have anything good to say about this place. There is also no lift, so avoid if any mobility issues. Stairs are step

Great accommodation before cruise. Close to town. Clean and comfortable room. Had a nice overnight stay.
