Perfect location, lovely hosts,

Location perfect restaurants right outside the door in a lovely little plaza. Cruise terminal and train station only 10-15 mins walk all flat. . Had the room with the little balcony nice to sit outside. Hosts do not live on site but on arrival met us and explained the area, and breakfast etc. great amount of breakfast supplies daily and also tea and coffee available to make at any time.

To go from the common area to the bedrooms there are some very steep stairs. It was no issue for us but if you have any mobility issues they would be especially if you have large suitcases.

The place was super cute and in a prime location! Easy to walk to restaurants, stores, train station and even the cruise port! They exceeded every need we had and after our cruise they arranged transportation for us! I can’t say enough about the history of kindness, and the location was amazing!

Perfect service package for a cruise stay.

Breakfast was self help and the selection available was absolutely fab.2 rooms ensuite and a kitchen area shared with fellow guest ,spotless and well appointed.Area surrounding is bohemian in feel with some great wee restaurants on the doorstep.Ideal stop over pre cruise.Taxi organised by staff from airport to hotel, hotel to ship and ship to airport on return, all bang on time.Definitely pass it on to our fellow cruisers.

Only downside is humphing cases up last 20 steps in a narrow stairway to bedroom, however help was at hand on both occasions.

Good owners, nice position and great breakfast.

The owners really went the extra mile, they organised taxi pick ups from airport and cruise ship, and made sure we knew who was meeting us, time and cost. They meet you and explain everything about the property, including the amazing breakfast!!! We did not do the breakfast justice, the amount of food and drink is better than most big hotels. Good position, with lovely squares right outside and big choice of restaurants.

The only down side are the stairs to the bedroom. If you have reduced mobility, this could be a problem, especially with cases. They did offer to help us up to the bedroom, but we managed.

Everything we needed!

This guest house was well stocked, clean, and well located for us to access restaurants for dinner and walk to our cruise the following morning. Great breakfast included! Would recommend staying here :) PS - attached a few photos of what to look for when accessing the main door.

It was a very pleasant stay - close to the ferry terminal for our cruise the following day.

Helpful host both on arrival and by email beforehand. Continental breakfast was well arranged. The little terrace - though it did not have a view - was a useful extra space. There were cafes, restaurants and shops nearby and just a few minutes walk to the sea front.

A night in BorGhetto!

The hosts were courteous and welcoming. My kids and I liked being in the center of everything for the day. We enjoyed the eateries nearby and the culture we explored. The home is definitely one we would stay in again if we were to come back.

Brilliant location, amazing staff and beautiful house.

Guesthouse was in a great location, smack in the middle of everything with plenty places to drink and eat around. We actually booked both rooms so we had the whole apartment to ourselves which was great as it's quite large and spacious and very clean and relaxing. Staff were absolutely fantastic, very very helpful, they gave us plenty advice and also plenty of breakfast! Highly recommend staying here, will stay again if in Civittavecchia.

I loved this property and would definitely stay there again.

The property was adorable. It was cozy and comfortable. The property was on the 3rd floor with windows/shutters that opened onto the city square. The location was within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Everyone in the area was very kind and friendly. Our hosts, Daniella and her husband were the best. They recommended places to see and eat when we asked. Their hospitality was wonderful.

I cannot think of anything. Getting our luggage up the stairs inside the apartment to the 2nd floor was tough. There is an elevator in the building. That’s just because they were steep and we are old. Our hosts helped us out.

The location was great! Shopping, walking and close to transport. Nice court with restaurants below.

The room was upper level with great view but the walk up the steps was a workout. There is a tiny elevator that fits 2 bags and 2 people. If you’re claustrophobic. It may not work for you. The electricity went out so it wasn’t an option one day. Good thing it wasn’t when we were leaving or coming or hauling the bags would have been another adventure!

Comfortable and hospitable hotel in the heart of Civitavecchia.

Daniela and Gianni were wonderful hosts. They were there to greet us after our walk over from the train station( 3 blocks or about 600 metres). Our room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. We had been travelling all day so when we asked about local restaurants they recommended one right next door which was indeed excellent. We have stayed in Civitavecchia before so we knew our way around town but we were looking for something close and good. Daniela also arranged for us to share a private taxi ride to the cruise port the next morning . We would heartily recommend this guesthouse.

The Couple who run - own are very friendly & knowledgeable of the area! These keep the place spotless very clean . We are from NYC & we loved our stay here. I would highly recommend and we would stay there again!!! It is so close to shopping waterfront , and so close to the port. We walked from the port to this hotel with luggage and it’s very close ! ❤️😊❤️

The warm welcome, charm and location. The kitchen common area was fantastic. The bedroom was on the upper level away from the kitchen/livingroom. Enjoyed the local restaurants and the convenience of grocery stores and shopping experience. It was also only a 5 min walk from the train station. Definitely returning and booking the whole unit next time ( 2 bedrooms )

Our hosts went above and beyond in coordinating our transportation from the airport to Civitavecchia, and again to the Cruise port the next day.

There is a steep narrow staircase you must negotiate with your luggage to get to your room.

It was good for one day only stay.

They accommodated my husbands GF issues. Coffee was excellent. Able to cook our own breakfast was good. Nice eating area and very clean. Owners were great and helpful. Breakfast could be better for the price.

Elevator did not work when leaving the hotel on our last day. As we stayed 3 days we would have liked the larger room with more space. The bigger room given to guests who stayed one night only. Only given one set of towels for the 3 days. Shower and washrooms were very nice. Location was excellent. Hotel great for a one day stay only. Pillows need to be replaced as they are too hard.

Our Hosts were wonderful. They went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. They helped us with a transportation issue we experienced. The location is great (walking distance from the Train Station). Being bi-lingual (Italian and English) was very helpful. Room and kitchen area were nicely appointed, clean and modern. You can go wrong in selecting this property.
