The hotel is located very close to the port, which was convenient since we had booked it for one night to join a city cruise tour from the port the next morning. The room and the kitchen were clean and tidy. There are markets and cafés nearby. It is located on the first floor of a residential building, so it was a bit difficult to find. However, we easily found the key and entered without any problems.
Breakfast consisted of tea, rusks, jam and cakes — it was normal/average.
The only thing I really didn’t like was this: since our flight arrived early, we reached the hotel at 10:00 in the morning. I sent a message to the hotel owner asking if it would be possible to let us in earlier. But they kept repeating that check-in was only at 14:00. After a long trip, my spouse and I waited outside in the yard near the hotel door for 4 hours with our luggage. We have been to more than 30 countries, and if the room is ready, they usually let guests in — especially in November. 😌😌 This was the first time something like this happened. Even though the key was in the box, they did not allow us to enter, no matter how politely I asked and messaged.
They had told us to leave the key in the box when departing. Around 09:50 in the morning, while we were getting ready to leave, the apartment owners — a man and a woman — opened our door as if they had come for an inspection. We handed over the key and left. It was an unpleasant situation.

The property was in a building approx. 20 minutes walking from the cruise pier.
The property was very clean
The breakfast was more than adequate
Communications between the landlord and myself was not good; he did not count upon my NOT having internet upon arriving. Once connection was made (not easy), the landlord showed up in 15 minutes.
I did not know that there would be more than one room leased overnight in the apartment; this wasn't a problem, but feel that it would have been nice to have known before

Close to cruise port. In town within walking distance to most places.
Toilet had running issue which I think we fixed. Breakfast very sparse and host seemed irritated to assist with and never did help us arrange a taxi. Our phone didn’t work locally and asked host to book us a taxi. Never did we just walked.

Very convenient for ferry. Good communication with manager.
The breakfast was just stale cakes in plastic left there before we arrived. We had no idea how much of the food was for us. The kitchen was shared and there was another guest room. We were up early but if we had eaten two of everything (there were two of us), there would have been nothing left if the other room was occupied. So we just ate a couple of small things. Very confusing and unsatisfying.
