The apartment was amazing! We rented the whole apartment and it was absolutely perfect for our needs. The apartment is beautifully decorated and the floors and furnishings are in pristine condition! It is sooo much better than a hotel. We arrived from the airport a few hours too early to check in but Emiliano arranged for us to store our luggage at the apartment until check in time so we didn’t have to lug it around town with us. Nice touch! So helpful! The apartment was exceptionally clean and well appointed with all the appliances, towels, utensils and other extra nice touches you would ever need. Emiliano was an incredibly gracious host and arranged transportation for us from and to the airport. We stayed in the apartment for two nights and got to experience the town a bit until our cruise departed on the third day. There’s a balcony to sit on outside the living room with beautiful views of the port and the ships while you drink your morning coffee or evening vino. There’s also a coffee shop on the first floor of the building. There are a few restaurants along the beautiful walkway directly behind the apartment building. We tried a couple of them for dinner and they were excellent! There’s also an outstanding gelato shop along the walkway….delicious treats! One bit of advice, text Emiliano (or connect with him on WhatsApp) if you have any issues at all. He’s super helpful and you can absolutely trust his advice and opinion. If you’re going on a cruise, reach out to him on the best way to get to the ship. Do not try to use Uber while you are there…..great advice from Emiliano. It will definitely save you money and frustration! Thanks to Emiliano, our ride to the airport was waiting for us at 7:00a.m. when we got off the ship.

The apartment was very nice and had great views of the sea. The owner, Emiliano, was very helpful in giving restaurant recommendations to making airport transportation arrangements. My husband and I would love to go back and stay longer. We took a cruise that left from Civitavecchia, and honestly, we enjoyed the town as much as any other large port. The apartment was very clean and conveniently located. We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks again Emiliano!

Fantastic. Great host. Emiliano is amazing. He was so helpful and always communicated with me. The apartment was clean and tidy. Short stroll to shops food and shopping. A short walk to the port. I truly recommend you try it. You will not be disappointed. Great price.
