The property is perfectly located near Civitavecchia Port, making it ideal for anyone embarking on a cruise. Surrounded by plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants, it’s easy to explore the area, and the owners even provide excellent recommendations on where to eat.
The accommodation itself is modern, spacious, and well-equipped, with thoughtful extras like an espresso machine, bottled water, and snacks that make the stay feel special.
Nicola and Eliana were wonderfully welcoming and accommodating. We arranged airport transport through them, and Nicola personally picked us up, staying in touch throughout the journey to ensure everything went smoothly.
I couldn’t recommend this property more highly for anyone visiting Civitavecchia. A big thank you to Nicola and Eliana for making our brief stay so enjoyable!

The place was beautiful and conveniently located. The friendly host spent a good deal of time showing us how things worked and pointing out places to go.

Centrally located in the heart of the Town. 2 minutes walk to the shops, restaurants and the seafront. The apartments are very well maintained and managed by Nicola and Eliana, they put exceptional effort into keeping you stress free during your stay. They also provide a door to door service from the airport and to the ship.

Absolutely fantastic guest house. Nicola collected us from the airport and took us right to the cruise ship the next morning. So we started our cruise totally stress free. Nicola and Eliana were amazing hosts. The apartment was in a great location and extremely clean. The bed was so comfortable and the air conditioning was perfect. We will be staying again. Thank you Nicola and Eliana for the perfect start to our cruise. Would give you more than 10 if possible.
