We did our own pre trip for a Viking Ocean Cruise and wanted to find a place close to the dock where we board. The Museum House was right around the corner and a simple 5 min walk to where we caught the shuttle. Perfect location with plenty of restaurant choices. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us.

location was about 1 mile from the cruise terminal, but close to several cafes and eateries. not touristry at all, nobody hawking goods or begging for customers. very friendly staff but didn't speak english, but thanks to google language we were able to communicate.
the ads we saw mentioned and had pictures of a rooftop balcony, in reality it is there but not accessible.

Location was great, close to downtown shopping and restaurants. Rooms were simple, clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast consisted of pastries, juice and coffee. Small refrigerator had water, sodas and beer, which were included.
Guest House was a little hard to find. Then we noticed a sign in front of the building. There were several steps to get to the small elevator. We had to make two trips to get both us and our luggage. Unit was a little small. TV had no English channels.

The location was good
The building was very dirty and drab. When you enter the building it looks dirty and unkept. The room was ok and I mean 'just' ok.
