Futaai Kyoto Machiya Private Villa

友人3人での京都旅行で利用しました。祇園の中心という最高の立地ながら、館内は驚くほど静かで清潔。伝統的な町家の情緒を感じながら3人で過ごす時間は贅沢な体験でした。また、清水寺や八坂神社にも歩いて行ける距離だったので、夜の雰囲気を楽しむことができました。グループで泊ったので価格も良く、京都に来る際はまた利用したいと思いました。

祇園エリアの中心にありながらとても静かで、京都らしい雰囲気を存分に味わえる町家宿でした。築年数を感じさせる外観とは対照的に、館内はとても綺麗で設備も快適。坪庭や木の温もりを感じる空間で、まるで京都に暮らしているような滞在を楽しめました。観光地へのアクセスも良く、清水寺や八坂神社へも徒歩圏内。京都らしい特別な時間を過ごしたい方におすすめの宿です。ぜひまた泊まりたいと思います。

玄関から奥へ進むにつれて、空気が変わっていく体験がとても印象的でした。 格子越しに見える坪庭と、夜の露天風呂の灯りが美しく、写真以上の雰囲気です。 2階の寝室は外の音も気にならずぐっすり眠れました。 記念日で利用しましたが、「泊まる」というより“体験を買った”感覚で、価格にも納得感があります。 特別な日にまた来たい宿です。

Beautiful traditional Japanese home in a great location.

Staff was not helpful. Check-in required at another location but not mentioned or address provided. No one responds to booking.com messages. Beautiful tub was a big draw to this booking but the tub didn't work & staff ignored the issue. Tub bathroom water has nowhere to go for shower and there's mold & rotten floorboards. We were a small group but instead of using the extra floor mattresses, they only set out singles the first night and we had to beg the maintenance guy to let us have the others for a more comfortable night sleep. Overall this beautiful is going to waste under current management.
