Great location. Very nice amenities. Very very spacious.

It was very clean. I loved the location. It was pretty quiet throughout the day. I also loved the washer and drying room. I would highly recommend this home in the future! The master bedroom is furnished with a European sheet (basically a mattress pad). So for the Americans, please understand this is what's available and normal. The bed was comfortable.

It was a little difficult to locate the correct entrance. It was pouring down rain and communication was only available in Japanese. When I called, there was no way to communicate. Luckily, a nearby local was able to help us locate the entrance.

So much room for a place in Kyoto! Location is also outstanding! Such a cute apartment, felt right at home.

Excelent location.

The property is badly maintained and not confortable. Only a sofá and no chairs in the kitchen to have breakfast. Hand soap and washing machine detergent were missing and we had to wait one day to get them. The futons in the tatami bedroom are extremelly thin and uncomfortable. We have been several weeks in Japan and have used futons in other locations and these were the wost by far. We asked for extra futons to make them thicker but they did not want to provide them. The worst: the water from the filter smelled rotten. Bacteria have grown in the filter and the conduction to the tap. We warned the property and they simply said It was still not time to change the filter and that we should let the water run. DON'T DRINK THAT WATER!.
