A beautiful, calm oasis in the middle of Gion. Spacious and relaxing apartment. Easy walk to many, many Gion restaurants. Super helpful host.

This house was in a great location! We were able to walk the Gion District as well as cross the river and shop the Nishiki Market area. For others who might consider staying here, please know that the house is small. If you are tall or big, this might not be a great choice. You also can hear EVERYTHING from the people staying below. As simple as a sneeze can be heard upstairs. So if you want privacy, or you are a loud person, this location might not be for you. Booking and communication was great and super easy. Lots of directions on how everything works which was nice. Again, such a great location.
