Convenient, clean and comfortable.
The fan / air con in the room didn't provide cool air. And since you're in London opening the window wasn't a great option with the noise of the pub.

Was clean and tidy. Everything you need for a short stay in London. Close enough the the centre with a bus stop 10 min walk away if needed
Pub downstairs was very noisy up until very late due to a private party. Expect some noise being in a city but it was very loud. This could be an exception due to being a private function but worth mentioning.
