Location was better than I expected as could see the London eye and the shard from our window and we could easily walk to parliament square
A lift to the rooms would’ve been a bonus as carrying suitcases up 3 flights of stairs wasn’t easy

El tamaño de las habitaciones y los baños. La existencia de cafetera en la habitación. También que tuviera una clave para entrar a la habitación. Atención de los propietarios para resolver los problemas que iban apareciendo.También el grifo con agua fresca que hay en la entrada.
Lo primero y más importante es que no es un hotel, que era lo que buscaba y por tanto no tiene recepción y no arreglan las habitaciones cada día, ni puedes dejar las maletas después de hacer el check-out. La ubicación tampoco es muy buena, ya que está bastante lejos de cualquier parada de metro. Además no tiene ascensor para subir a los pisos altos y en las habitaciones no hay nevera ni aire acondicionado, solo un ventilador de suelo.

The room was very clean and obviously newly decorated, which was nice.
My room was in the roof and too hot. the fan did not help so I would suggest aircon to be installed as a matter of priority
