    Excellent location, cozy room, staff are friendly and helpful. Price is a little bit high but the location compensate it. Good for short stay.

    Centrally located, all the tourist spot is walkable and near the hotel. In front of the hotel there are restaurants too, will definitely book again!

    The location was great, right by Waterloo station. The room was big, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The food in the Thyme restaurant was also very good. The only slight downside was the view, which was just the buildings/courtyard behind.

    The most worst place ever to stay. I warn everyone- never choose this place. They literally destroyed my visit Unhygienic - no AC working - you cant turn down mire than 26 - no phone service - no shoes for washroom - just 2 very small water bottles - if you need any thing - Go down and try to find someone in reception area- in case you find - request them - may be they listen. Other areas - hall - reception - common washroom - not even deserve a one start. i had so called upgrade of room. what extra a 2 ft window- I was so surprised if there premium plus floor is this much pathetic what would be the normal ones. This is what i get in paying 300pounds per day.
