    Great location. Quite costly with standard facilities.

    At arm’s reach from tube station and modt tourist attractionx including Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey & Palace, Longon Eye, Hyde Park, Trafalgar Sq, Picadilly circus, 10 Downing Street and much more. Ranga, the duty manager & his team are very couteous, welcoming & helpful. Rooms are quite small but if you are going to tour London the whole day & only wanna use for sleep, there cannot be a better place than this. Caution: Standard rooms are too small. Not suitable in terms of size for family with kids. If you are a couple, book a “bigger” room.

    The service is acceptable, but it is not sufficient. There is no phone inside the room to communicate with the staff. I think the amount I paid is too much for the service I received. Thank you.
