    Overall it was quite pleasant stay. The room was too smaller than pictures but clean, great location, free coffee and water, delicious breakfast and kind staffs.

    I won't say anything beyond that a thick spider of up normal look was on my bed that might have caused real problem if i was sleeping. When I talked to the reception, all they did is offering me a new bed sheet to change by myself as house keeping were all gone. Tried to change they room, they informed that all rooms are full!. I Won't ever use any Premier In facility, onward.

    Hotel is in a great location within walking distance to many of London's attractions. The accommodations are modern but austere. But it was not a great value for the money. The room was clean but felt more like a place of convalescence than a comfortable hotel. There are signs that it was formerly a hospital or senior residence. There was an emergency call button. The bathroom sink and shower were designed to accommodate wheelchairs. While those are not a deal breakers, it was also lacking basic amenities a guest expects. Some examples; There were no drinking cups in the bathroom, no tissues, insufficient power outlets and towels for two guests. When we asked reception for a second set, she gave us a bath towel but didn't see why we would need a second hand towel. We checked in after 9pm and the front desk agent wasn’t very helpful and gave us incorrect information. The staff we encountered during the day, were great.
