Le Belvedere Cathédrale

Super Lage!

A terrible experience. It took us about half an hour to find the lockbox; it was located practically on the ground near another business on the street, making it nearly impossible to identify. The bed in the small room was so squeaky and uncomfortable that it was impossible to sleep on—it creaked loudly at the slightest movement. The headboard was broken, causing the pillow to constantly slide upward, leaving us to sleep against the bare plywood. Outside the window, in the inner courtyard, water was dripping from high above onto a metal roof; the sound—occurring every single second—made it feel as though the water was dripping directly onto our heads. Even wearing headphones didn't help. In the bathroom, the sink was cracked, and the door wouldn't close because it had sagged, rendering the lock useless. The kitchen knife was so dull that it was impossible to cut anything. There was a completely burnt-out candle left in the living room—what was the point of leaving that there? The Wi-Fi on the TV was disconnected, and the code provided on the table didn't work for the TV. Locking the apartment door was also a major struggle—it took us 20 minutes just to figure it out. Furthermore, the codes for the apartment door and the building entrance differed by only a single digit, which was highly confusing. I had expected the sofa to be set up as a bed for a group of four, but no one even asked us; they simply provided two beds—even though there were originally supposed to be five of us. Were five people expected to sleep without any bed linens? I do not recommend this place.
