It's a comfortable 95m2 T4, fitted out in part of the hold of a 1950s barge with a large terrace to enjoy the peace and quiet of the canal. Large living room with wood-burning stove, air-conditioning and video projector, fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, hob, oven and microwave), three separate bedrooms, each with a desk, dressing room and double bed. Bed linen, shower gel and towels provided, Nespresso machine available. Washing machine and dryer available. Welcome aboard!

Free parking 300m away. Everything is in the kitchen, desk for writing, living room, and terrace for relaxing... City center 10 minutes on foot. Many tourist sites are within a 1/4 hour walk. Market on Saturday and Sunday morning and supermarket nearby.
