Not recommending at all

There was an A/C unit in the apartment. Since it was summer and very hot it was useful. Park place is right in front of the apartment.

To start, no one welcomed us. We had to wait some 30 minutes in front of the apartment, on summer heat. The apartment itself was not clean, most of the surfaces were sticky, as it was not cleaned thoroughly. The dishes were also dirty. There was a strange ( really not pleasant ) smell in the apartment. The beds were uncomfortable, the shower door were broken, the windows were dirty. I really didn't feel welcome there at all. We also had problems with coming there, since no taxi, for some reason, wanted to drive there. We have found one after one hour of waiting. There is a bus, but when you are coming back late at the night, there is no public transportation, so we depended on a taxi. The apartment itself is some 3 km ( 40 minutes by foot up hill ) from a railway station. Also, Wi-Fi was terrible. According to the owner, there are two Wi-Fi nets, but I was able to find only one and that one was not working. Also, please do not be fooled with the pictures of the site (we were in the apartment with sauna) - the pictures don't match the reality. All in all, I was not satisfied, I highly recommend to avoid it.

Pleasant

Location is good, quiet place with free parking nearby. Lot of beds and big kitchen in apartments. Laundry and dryer is available for all house on the first floor. Pets friendly.

It was hard to speak with administrator, since they don't speak English. At the day of arrival check-in time was changed from 14:00 to 17:00. Electric meter and fuses of all house is located in apartments, so we had to open doors for neighbors if they had problems with electricity. I have received e-mail with request to pay 1000 EUR deposit that will be canceled after leaving apartments. More than 2 weeks passed, I'm still trying to get money back.

Pleasant enough stay but without access to internet it was definitely not worth the money.

The studio apartment was located close to a supermarket. The location was quiet. The property accepted pets. The studio was clean and a reasonable size with a secure outdoor area on the ground floor.

We were given the studio at the back of the property on the left. It was expensive for what it was. Other properties of similar size and budget that we have booked were at least 100 euros cheaper. Our biggest issue was there was absolutely no internet, although this property advertised internet, we just couldn’t connect. We had to use our own data costing us a fortune in overseas fees.

pas d'accueil physique, aucun contact avec l'hôte (contrairement à certains avis sur booking.com); instructions reçues par email le jour de l'arrivée afin de d'abord payer la taxe de séjour et surtout la provision de caution de 1000euros avant de pouvoir obtenir le code d'accès aux clés...Concernant la caution de 1000 euros (au cas ou j'aurais dégradé le bien), vu qu'il n'y a pas eu de contact physique à l'entrée, donc pas de visite contradictoire sur l'état des lieux, comment peut-on demander/forcer les gens de la sorte? Si j'avais été informé de cette démarche concernant la caution j'aurai choisi un autre hébergement. Par ailleurs, les programmes disponibles sur la télé sont très limités (pas de réception pour la plupart des chaines...). La cuisine est certes équipée mais il n'y a même pas une seule poele pour cuire...

Perfect

Het was schoon, van veel gemakken voorzien, een tuin. Dichtbij de stad Metz. Alles was eigenlijk goed. Wij vonden alleen de kamer erg klein. Er zijn diverse kamers met diverse afmetingen. Wij zouden zo weer gaan alleen dan een grotere kamer boeken.

De sleuteloverdracht, tip om twee uur voor aankomst goed je mail te checken en anders contact opnemen. Anders sta je na een eventuele vermoeide trip lang te wachten.

Très calme, bien isolé, terrasse avec table de jardin, grande TV, cuisine bien ventilée.

Trop petit, très sombre, horrible peinture avec des grosses fleurs au mur, terrasse pas propre, supplément 8€/j pour le chien.

Trop loin de tout intérêt touristique.

7 juillet 2024 Sur place, on trouve de quoi louer le loueur (par exemple l'eau fraîche et les petites bouteilles de jus d'orange au frigo, une cloche pour le four à micro-ondes) mais aussi de nombreux points perfectibles. Dans le désordre, constatations : ♡Agréable disponibilité de l'interlocuteur de la plateforme de location + sa ponctualité pour le rdv de remise des clés au départ, ♡ Le WiFi fonctionne ; ♡ C'est propre ; ♡Éponge neuve pour la vaisselle et produit vaisselle ; ♡ On est à côté d'une école où d'un centre aéré : cris d'enfants, certains aiment,d'autres pas.

7 juillet 24 Quand j'ai retenu un gîte dans la résidence " Les appartements sur Pompidou " je me suis dit qu'à défaut d'être près du centre historique, vu le nom, il serait au moins près du centre Pompidou. Même pas ! C'est très mal situé en ville pour le visiteur : véhicule nécessaire pour chaque déplacement. ♤Les chaises : non adaptées pour le peu de place que l'on a (trop encombrantes) ; ♤Lampe extérieure : arriver de nuit et chargé est un peu délicat quand elle ne fonctionne pas ; ♤ Frigo : ouverture contre le mur à gauche peu aisée + pas de freezer (tant pis pour votre éventuelle glacière!) ♤Cuisine : pas un seul crochet pour le torchon (mis à la disposition du locataire) ; ♤] Pas de plateau ; ♤] Prises électriques : trois sont difficement accessibles (près des fenêtres de l'entrée et derrière le MO) ; ♤ Pour les moins grands, il manque un petit marchepied pour accéder à l'étagère supérieure des placards de cuisine ; ♤Aucune patère ds sdb pour poser vêtements ou serviettes : ♤Joint de la douche : on peut vraiment mieux faire! ♤ Odeur nauséabonde du local poubelle.
