Very poor

The cleanliness.

No capability of talking to the staff, it was on the top of the building without an elevator, without being stated anywhere, and unsafely looking neighborhood. Small, hard beds with no blankets, no wifi, constantly breaking TV

Decent apartment but needs to have major improvements

The apartment itself was nice and spacious, and reasonably clean, although the toilet needs to be bleached to clean and remove the stains. There was a nice view from the windows and the rooms were comfortable. The host was fairly responsive, whenever I had WiFi to contact her.

The main issues were: 1. It was on the 3rd floor with no lifts, with heavy suitcases it was a struggle to get to the apartment. This I think should be mentioned in the description because if you have heavy bags, small children, need assistance etc this is not an apartment for you. 2. There was no WiFi, whist this is mentioned in the description.......if you look carefully, however for me WiFi should be standard and expected that you do not tend to look for whether it is not available, again as I mentioned it was stated and I didn't see it as it was on the next page for the facilities or description, but I think a good apartment needs to have this available. 3. As it is an apartment, and it is in a very small remote town, most people would tend to make their own dinner, however we found that the the apartment did not cater too well if you wanted to cook your own food in terms of the available crockery and utensils. There was not even a corkscrew to open a bottle of wine. 4. As there was no internet/WiFi the TV only had terrestrial channels, however one just stopped working whilst watching the Champions League match.

ENTTÄUSCHUNG

Diese Unterkunft war eine pure Enttäuschung. Die Wohnung war extrem dreckig und unhygienisch. Das gesamte Geschirr war verklebt und kaum benutzbar, Pfannen und Töpfe waren stark verschmutzt und zerkratzt, man konnte daraus wirklich nicht essen. Die Handtücher waren offensichtlich von vorherigen Gästen benutzt, voller Haare – ob sie überhaupt gewaschen wurden, ist fraglich. Das war absolut ekelhaft. Im Badezimmer hingen Spinnweben an der Decke, ebenso in den Zimmern. Die Heizung funktionierte nicht, in den Schlafzimmern kam durch die Fenster kalte Luft, sodass es kaum warm wurde. Zusätzlich gab es große Kommunikationsprobleme, da die Gastgeber kein Wort Englisch sprechen konnten. Obwohl wir sehr viel Geld für nur drei Nächte bezahlt haben, waren lediglich zwei dünne Toilettenpapierrollen vorhanden – den Rest mussten wir selbst besorgen.

C’est une honte ménage pas fait. Des poils partout dans la salle de bain. Les toilettes sales Le propriétaire a fait venir la femme de ménage qui a tiré les draps sans les changer et qui a laissé les poubelles pleines des clients qui étaient venus auparavant

Un séjour qui s’est très bien passé. On a pu découvrir les coins magnifiques de Metz, surtout le marché de Noël

Un appartement très spacieux et fonctionnel, pour une petite famille, comme la mienne, c’est idéal , moi qui ai deux enfants en bas âge , âgées de 2 ans et 3ans, franchement c’est top

L’inconvénient c’est que t’as l’établissement il n’y a pas d’ascenseur du coup c’est un peu galère quand t’as des enfants en bas âge. Sinon à part ça le bâtiment est très bien, le point positif énorme, place de parking, c’est top
