Good host - Horrible apartment
Central location, close to many shops and sightseeing. Better rent a hotel room which will be clean, quite and safe rather than sorry. You can always pay 20-30 bucks for a parking space and this is what i am going to do in the future. The trick with free parking space can lead in horrible apartment.
The apartment is located at the ground floor, where we had to open a central door to enter the complex and that door was a heavy metal one, which made lot of noise. During at night can easily disturb you, since the frame of that door is located just outside the kitchen/living room. The apartment right next to our wall, was noisy. You could hear even people talking just in the other side of our wall. Around 11:00PM when our kids were sleeping, people starting coming more and more to the next door apartment and you can imagine how noisy could be. The host made clear in the room policies, no party allowed or even not loud music etc. A decibel meter device was installed in the apartment, in case we will be noisy to have a fine. That was just ridiculous, when the rest building doing whatever they want. We lost our sleep by that time. Because the apartment is located right next to the canal and a walk pathway, at midnight people just hanging out outside of our window, talking loud, laughing loud, open/close the front entrance metal door loud. Most important and regarding health, all the apartment was smelling very bad most likely from humidity and the sewer. It was like you have a blocked pipe in your bathroom, but that smell was everywhere, you couldn't even stand in the wc or bathroom. I was very concerned about my family/kids because of that smell. The room was not cleaned, maybe someone vacuumed it very fast and that was. We had next to our bed spider web, in the bathroom floor the same etc.In the living room area, the couch was like almost broken so you couldn't sit properly, and i didn't try to sleep, probably there is no way to get some sleep on an uneven couch. The appliances, coffee machine had no coffee cups, so useless. TV had already Youtube running from previous renter, some strange videos and all user's history. My advice : Please stay away from that apartment, if you want to keep safe with your health and get some sleep.

Excellent location between the Cathedral Metz and Place de Comedie.
The French Conciege provided clear instructions on their website how to get to the location, collect the keys and parking pass and the facilities in the apartment.
The Place de Comedie and New Temple are located opposite the apartment. However, do now expect much view from the apartment windows. Just take a few steps outside esp. at night. It is stunning.

Do NOT stay here it is absolutely not worth it!
The bed was quite comfortable and the pillows were good. The kitchen area was clean.
Arrival was a nightmare and the apartment is dreadful. We never received the email the morning of check in with the arrival key code information. When we called them they said they would send an email but didn't. So we had to call back 2 more times. When the code they eventually gave us did not work we called them 3 times and no one picked up so were standing with our bags in the rain. When we finally got in the apartment was freezing as is the floor, and is MUCH smaller than the photos show. FYI a large person cannot fit in the toilet room because it's the tiniest space I've ever seen and in a corner angle. The bedrooms have no windows so you feel like you're in a prison cell. You're on the ground floor and directly outside the large window is a public walkway so you can't have the window open as someone can easily jump in and you can't open the curtain to look at the view they advertise, because there's constantly people walking by right next to you. The bath had a long hair in it, the bins had things inside them and there were areas that had not been cleaned like under the beds. You also get 1 key and have to use it to open the front door of the building and then the gate to get out the premises, so every time 1 of you wants to leave or return, the other person has to go outside to let you in or out. You are only given 1 medium towel each, no hand or hair towel and the light by the kitchen/bathroom keeps switching off because it's on a sensor. Lastly we couldn't use half of the cupboard in the bedroom because the sliding door was broken and wouldn't slide open.
