Nice top floor apartment.

Great location, easily walkable to the train station and nice amenities nearby. The apartment is very nice space, clean and spacious. The apartment is also comfortable and we slept really well! The property also communicated promptly and clearly when we had questions.

Entering the apartment was not obvious nor was exiting the place and locking up, we had to ask assistance several times. Our suggestion would be that the check in directions be more detailed ahead of time. Perhaps also a binder with some notes about wifi or other apartment details could be helpful.

Location is in the Metz city center itself.

One of the bed provided in the 2nd room is imbalanced and makes you fall from the bed when you try to get up from that bed. Also no wifi and tv did not connect to any smart network even we have many remotes. Hard to connect to the channels. User manual or instructions to connect to the tv would be better for the kids to enjoy.

Faulty Airconditioning and no resolution

This is a loft appartment with large clear glass skylights and when we arrived the inside temperature was in excess of 40 degrees. The advertised air conditioning were portable inside units which were not correctly installed, had blocked filters and faulty pipes. They didn't work to cool the apartment. After trying for 1 hour communication with owner we phoned booking.com and requested a refund because the air conditionering was faulty. Booking.com were unable to promise a refund, but we left the accommodation after 2 hours and at our own expense moved to another place with working airconditioning. We still await resolution of our request for refund and compensation.

Large skylights on 36 degree day and advertised air conditioning that wasn't working. This was a health and safety issue.

Bon séjour

La propreté, spacieux, confortable, la salle de bain est très moderne et il y a le choix entre baignoire et douche, la cuisine est très bien équipée, les chambres sont belles, le Salou est cocooning, et l'isolation est bien faite, et bien sûr le propriétaire qui est très arrangeant.

les chaises où j'ai pas osé m'asseoir de peur de tomber car elles sont à changer urgemment, des petites choses mal fixées qu'on a peur de casser du coup, voilà mais sans gravité cela n'empêche pas un bon séjour

Schöne Stadt, Appartement in die Jahre gekommen

Lage des Appartments.

Die Küche war sehr dreckig, z. B. wurde der Backofen schon länger nicht mehr gereinigt. Allgemein ist alles in die Jahre gekommen, z. B. ist das Sofa sowie die Matratzen durchgelegen. Steckdosen oder andere Befestigungen in der Wand kommen einem entgegen.

Übernachtungsstop in Metz auf dem Weg nach Südfrankreich immer empfehlenswert!

Unkomplizierter check in, uriges Appartement im Dachgeschoss, gut ausgestattet und sauber, dazu nah am centre ville.

Die doch sehr steile und glatte Treppe war für meine Knieprothese und den alten Hund schon eine Herausforderung.

Facile à trouver et bien situé, 1 place de parking juste devant l'entrée de l'immeuble, appartement spacieux et agréable, au calme, bien décoré et refait aux goûts actuels, mes deux chiennes étaient acceptées, 1 séchoir dans la salle de bain, les lits étaient faits et on avait des serviettes de bains

Appartement propre et spacieux pour 3 personnes Beaucoup d'équipements (notamment lave linge :D) et de vaisselle Situé à 15 minutes à pied du centre ville Bien accueilli par le propriétaire dès notre arrivée

Pour se garer dans la rue, c'est la galère (prévoir d'aller au parking Mazelle)

Heel charmant en knus appartementje midden in de stad. Alles wat we nodig hadden voor een middagje sightseeing, slapen en opfrissen.

Miste gordijnen, er kan inkijk van de buren zijn in 2 ruimtes. Een daarvan zelf opgelost met handdoek.

Logement décevant

L’appartement est spacieux et bien situé. L'hôte est réactif.

Nous avons été très déçus par ce logement. La chaleur y était presque insupportable. La climatisation est certes présente mais se résume à deux blocs portatifs bruyants, malodorants et totalement inefficaces et qui empêchent de fermer les fenêtres. La propreté laisse clairement à désirer (four très sale, poêles usées inutilisables...) et l’appartement est équipé du strict minimum : pas de savon, pas de sopalin, pas même un peu de sel ou de sucre (mais tout de même trois dosettes de café pour deux nuits !). Pour un court séjour, cela rend l’utilisation de l’appartement peu pratique si l’on souhaite cuisiner. Par ailleurs, l'appartement est en réalité bien moins charmant que sur les photos : défraîchi, mal entretenu, avec des vis apparentes... Quant au bâtiment, il est délabré et donne une impression désastreuse dès l’arrivée.

A lakás elhelyezkedése kiváló, egy csendes utcában van a történelmi belvárosban. Autóval voltunk és volt is parkolóhelyünk, teljesen biztonságosnak tartottam.

A lakás minősége közepes és elhasznált. A részletek nem jók, inkább elhanyagoltnak tűnik mint olyan lakásnak amit gondosan kezelnek. Nem lehet tudni előre semmit sem a körülményekről (nem tudsz a lakásról semmi infót, a wifi-t sem például), a szállásadó ugyan kommunikatív és segít, de lehetne ezt sokkal jobban is csinálni.

Man könnte wiederkommen

Sehr gute, ruhige Lage, fussläufig in 15 Minuten an der Kathedrale. Das Appartement mit den zwei Schlafzimmern ist sehr gross und hell. Auch das Bad, speziell die Dusche, ist geräumig und angenehm zu nutzen. Grundsätzlich kann man sich dort -auch für mehrere Tage- recht wohlfühlen. Speziell zu erwähnen sind die vielen sehr guten Restaurants, die in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen sind.

Die Einrichtung des Appartement ist in die Jahre gekommen, was sich deutlich zeigt. Leider war für 4 Personen nur 1 Weinglas vorhanden, und das hatte einen Sprung. Ebenso seltsam war, dass die grossen Behälter für Spülmittel, sowie Dusch- und Waschshampo leer waren. Die Krupps Kapselmaschine ist vorhanden, benötigt aber pro Tasse etwa 3-5 Minuten. Für 4 mögliche Gäste gab es für zwei Tage nur 4 Kaffeekapseln!?

Mooi appartement in centrum stad

Heerlijk appartement op een fijne lokatie midden in de stad. Mooie badkamer en goed bedden. Snel contact met vriendelijke beheerder en parkeren alleen op korte tijd voor de deur.

Uitklapbed was wat klein en er was geen gordijn in de badkamer (ertegenover was dakraam van de buren met zicht op de douche).
