Locatie was dichtbij het centrum. Goed te lopen. Winkels en restaurants om uit te kiezen. Netjes appartement
Drie trappen op en bovenste ruimte was warm geworden door zomerse weer. Maar airco in de slaapkamers.

Tolle Lage, geräumige Wohnung.
Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Spülmaschine defekt, Stühle wackelig, insgesamt könnte eine Renovierung nicht schaden.

Lage des Appartments.
Die Küche war sehr dreckig, z. B. wurde der Backofen schon länger nicht mehr gereinigt. Allgemein ist alles in die Jahre gekommen, z. B. ist das Sofa sowie die Matratzen durchgelegen. Steckdosen oder andere Befestigungen in der Wand kommen einem entgegen.
