Lovely apartment!

Very comfortable, clean and well equipped apartment in a great location, near restaurants, bars, shops and bakery and a short walk away from the cathedral etc - and attractively decorated. We had a brilliant time in Metz! It was great getting back to such a nice apartment after exploring and watching the tennis.

The only drawback was the door code not working, but within seconds of sending a message we had access to the key box, which solved the problem.

Je suis en colère car la description est fausse.

Nous n’avons pas été informé que l’appartement était situé au 3ème étage sans ascenseur. Je suis atteinte d’une leucémie et je me fatigue facilement. Il n’a pas été possible d’échanger avec le propriétaire.

Nous étions 3 personnes adultes avec des activités différentes prévues et nous avions un seul jeu de clef… alors que j’ai demandé à avoir au moins, un deuxième jeu. La rambarde de l’escalier est descellée par endroit et est dangereuse.

On a passé un bon séjour dans un appartement décoré avec goût.

Bel appartement. Proprio a tout prévu: capsules pour le lave-vaisselle, celles pour le café, etc.

Tres bon emplacement appartement correct

Très bon emplacement et appartement calme et propre.

Difficultés pour communiquer avec le propriétaire . Pas d expliquation sur le fonctionnement du chauffage . Lave vaisselle qui est en panne et il serait indispensable de refaire le hall et la montee d escalier car tout est sale et ´´délabré ça ne donne vraiment pas envie d aller plus loin .

Superbe appart au coeur de la ville

Très joli appartement, hyper bien équipé, lits tres confortables, excellente situation géographique, propreté exemplaire. Le propriétaire est au petit soin pour ses hôtes (savon, café, thé, pastille lave-vaisselle, PQ...) tout est fait pour passer un séjour confortable. Parking (payant) juste à coté

Le wifi n'est pas capté dans les chambres, les chambres en enfilades manque total d'intimité, le bruit des cafés en bas (uniquement dans le salon), les escaliers, personnes agées ou handicapées accès compliqué à l'appartement

Le bruit émanant des bars situés au pied de l’immeuble (cependant pas gênant les fenêtres fermées) et les odeurs qui remontent par la tuyauterie des sanitaires (pas insupportable mais quand même un peu désagréable quand on rentre dans l’appartement)

3e étage sans ascenseur. Code de l’appartement ne fonctionnait pas mais le responsable m’a dépanné rapidement. Au dessus d’un bar donc bruit + cigarette qui monte jusqu’à la fenêtre. Pas de volets !!!! Chaleur … malgré les ventilateurs. Canapé lit les draps pas mis et protection sale.

Logement propre et bien placé mais avec des défauts

Endroit joli et bien décoré. Équipements ok. Emplacement top pour l'ambiance festive de la place mais avec les odeurs de friture des restaurants dans la chambre du fond.

L'odeur de la cage d'escalier (poubelle ?). L'application pour ouvrir la porte (il n'y a pas de clefs, tout au long du séjour) a bugué le dernier soir.. impossible d'ouvrir la porte.. a 22h.. après multiples essais. Heureusement que quelqu'un nous ai finalement répondu par SMS pour ouvrir a distance (après plusieurs messages).

La doccia perdeva acqua dal primo giorno e nessuno è venuto a sistemare, si è allagato il bagno e non c’era nulla per asciugare il pavimento, la caldaia faceva rumore anche di notte con tutto spento, il wi-fi non funzionava, una camera da letto con odore di fritto, nonostante la segnalazione dei problemi nessuno si è mai visto per sistemare

Geschmackvolle , saubere Wohnung , mittendrin, unkomplizierte Vermietung

Sehr schön eingerichtete und saubere Wohnung. Wir hatten die Wohnung mit der schwarzen EinbauKüche und dem blau gestrichenem Wohnzimmer mit braunem Sofa. In dieser Wohnung gehen die zwei Schlafzimmer nach hinten raus, das Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch ist nach vorne zum sehr gut besuchten Platz gelegen. In der Wohnung war alles da, was wir gebraucht haben, und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war schnell, nett und unproblematisch. Wir würden die Wohnung sofort wieder buchen. Vielen Dank.
