Anna was very helpful and gave us very detailed instructions about how to get to the place and what to do. Which sometimes in other places can be a hustle. She was responsive to all the questions so we were sure we were in good hands. The location was very nice, close to shops, on a calm street, under 10 minutes walk from Okubo station. The place itself was lovely and homely, the bed was comfortable and we also found the washing machine ready to use and a power adapter. We would appreciate some more shelves to put our stuff on while we stay, but apart from it we had everything we needed. The separate shower from the toilet saved us some time in the morning so we could see more of Tokyo. We will certainly be happy to stay next time we are in Tokyo.
