The location is excellent - very close to metro stations, and Shinjuku with its wide variety of food options nearby. A 7-Eleven is just a 4-minute walk away, which was very convenient. The accommodation was clean and well-maintained, and the beds were very comfortable. The host was extremely kind and always available for anything we needed - upon our request, he even brought us an extra mirror. They also took care of the garbage regularly, which we really appreciated.
The space is a bit small, or more precisely, the layout makes it slightly difficult to move around and organize luggage. However, this is quite expected in Tokyo, so it wasn’t an issue for us. As a suggestion, it would be helpful to have some shelves above the sink in the bathroom for toiletries, as well as towel holders. The washing machine was also a bit noisier than expected.

Cercanía al centro de Shinjuku, facilidad para hacer check-in y que dispone de cocina y lavadora.
Demasiado pequeño para tres personas, la ducha separada del wc sin espacio para dejar los útiles de aseo. Necesita una reforma de los muebles de la cocina.
