Its just that they dont have an elevator so u have to carry your luggages to and from the property in the 4rth floor

The room was nice and the beds were comfortable and suitable for 4 people, it also felt homey. The shower room provided shampoo, conditioner and body soap. The living room and kitchen provided utensils, kitchenware, microwave, towels, hair dryer and the wifi was working well and was fast.

Would not recommend it if you were to visit Japan in the cold season. The photos are nice in the booking app, but once you're there it's not what you really expected in the picture. The terrace is nice, just like in the photos provided. However, when turning the lights on in the terrace at night, it kept malfunctioning. The heater wasn't doing too much and it felt even colder at night. The bathroom is just a curtain and it was small, no second room for the bathroom, no privacy. Living on the 4th floor, contains a lot of stairs and was a struggle to carry up our luggage and get our luggages down once we left.
