The apartment was lovely, exactly like what we saw in the pictures. The beds were clean and very comfy. Great for our 6 day stay. You are close to both a 7-11 and a FamilyMart which is useful for late night snacks. We also found a 24/7 ramen place just down the street. The location of this apartment was unbelievable, just a 5 minute walk from the bustling streets of Kabukicho which is the main bar district in Shinjuku. The staff were very helpful with instructions and we had a great stay, would definitely recommend.

One thing that we didn’t know or could’ve missed is that there was a hospital and fire station quite nearby, the court in front of the apartment was being used to hold drills for the firemen, so you do hear a fair amount of sirens as well as firemen shouting. This wasn’t necessarily too bad as we were out majority of the time. Other than that it was excellent.

I really liked the location, 5 to 10 minutes walk to the 2 stations we used. The price was good and facilities a bonus. Lots of Food places nearby if you needed.

The Futon option in the room was not a futon to my understanding, it was a thin foam mat concept ok for kids I think and ok for budget. I was sharing with my sister and she took the small double bed which she thought was very comfortable and I slept on the floor with this foam fold out mat/ bed 😬 and it was ok but just wanting to mention. It just felt like I was maybe camping.

Good-sized apartment located about a 15-minute walk from Shinjuku Station. It was very quiet during both the day and night. It includes AC, a washer and dryer (the dryer is located in the shower room), and the bed was comfy.

While it's generally clean, the white walls look dirty, especially around the bed. The sheets could be better quality. Also, the towels absorb water poorly (I'd recommend bringing your own). The kitchen is poorly equipped and has no kitchen knives—only table knives.
