Location is good. Room was comfortable enough for 3 people and clean. Value is pretty good.

Host is a little disorganized — asked several times for the same information that I had to keep emailing over and over. Repeated messages about not making noise (despite the fact that the people staying across the hall were loud late at night). Not advertised well in listing that bathroom is shared with the entire floor. By the end of the day the bathroom was gross, sink not draining and full of gunk. Nowhere to set things down in bathroom while you're brushing your teeth or washing your face. Room is right next to shared area and people would make noise. Lots of different combinations needed for various keys and amenities (code to get in building, code to get key to floor, code to enable electronic lock for room, which didn't work properly, so also had to use code to get room key). Beds were very firm and not comfortable.
