Very cleverly solved how to fit everything we needed into such a small apartment. The bed and bed gowning were the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The apartment in general was very clean and how to operate the stay there was very well informed. I also appreciated a lot all the hygiene items also included in the stay. The property owner was super helpful and quick to reply to any questions we had. They also sent us reminders and clear directions about the check in/out processes. Finally, we enjoyed the proximity and that we could walk to the central areas of Shinjuku. All in all, amazing.
The bathroom sometimes smelled like sewer, which I believe came from the drainage in the floor. But I suspect this is out of the hands of the property owner, and in the end, it had no actual impact on our experience.

Very convenient walking distance. In the heart of Shinjuku. Subway station at the corner. 7-11 at the other corner. Can’t go wrong.
