Super responsive, allowed me to adjust my booking when I made a mistake even though it was not a flexible booking. Lots of care taken to ensure the experience met my family's needs including showing us how the rubbish system worked, coffee and tea and common area. Very kind staff and clean comfortable accommodation, great location, great value! Also how big and good are Japanese bathrooms!

Location was good as coupe M:25 F:25, only a 7 min walk to closest station. We found property to be very clean, we stayed in the first floor and had no issues with it at all. Would recommend this place for the price and location.

Személyzet nagyon kedves volt. A szobában minden volt amit le írtak. Tisztaság volt.

Gospodarze są super uprzejmi, wszystko wyjaśnili już na samym początku, pomogli nam znieść bagaż, dostępna jest woda zimna i ciepla, herbata, mikrofalówka. Lokalizacja jest doskonałą, 8 minut od dworca , w odległości kilku minut od sklepów i mnóstwa restauracji , w samym sercu koreańskiej dzielnicy ❤️ Na krótki pobyt jeśli tylko zamierzasz w pokoju spać to jest ok.

Poza wszystkimi plusami niestety w pokojach na poziomie basment unosi się okropny zapach stęchlizny , po kilku dniach niestety przeszedł na rzeczy . Może gdyby niewielkie okien ja były bardziej poodslaniana i byłby tam większy przewiew byłoby znosniej. Niestety ale wilgoć i ten okropny zapach których czuć już na schodach prowadzących do pokojui niestety nie pozwala dać wyższej oceny🙁
