The space! You probably do not find an apartment of this size for a family in Tokio. Moreover, the service was incredible. We arrived early, way ahead of check-in time, and the owner helped us to get our luggage in before the apartment was cleaned for us. Thanks again, well done! We also enjoyed the proximity to Shinjuku station (15-20 min. walk), two 7-11s, and the Higashi-Shinjuku metro station which brings you everywhere in a short time. We loved the Tokyo Bagel store next door too.
I would prefer having separate blankets instead of having the french blankets (one to cover two people).

Lots of food options and supermarkets close by, about a 12 min walk from Shinjuku station. Spacious room for Japan.
Not in a very nice building, there are signs saying that it's forbidden to rent out rooms to tourists. For the price we expected much better. It felt very dingy.
