Ao Sumi House

Property was clean and comfortable. However the washing machine was on the balcony covered in old stuff and we had to remove the stuff to use it.

The building the apartment has signs saying that the building is prohibited for use as a hotel for short stay foreigners. There was supposed to be a TV but there wasn’t one. We were ok with this, however it is advertised as having a TV.

Great location, spacious room, perfect for exploring tokyo. Host was quick to respond and helped with finding the exact location. Very much felt like an AirBnB in a good way.

Nothing. Everything was excellent.

ทำเลดีมาก คุณสามารถนั่งรถไฟใต้ดินซึ้งใกล้กับที่พักสุดๆ ที่นี่ใกล้กับชิจุนกุ เดินกลับตอนรถไฟหมดสะดวกสบาย มีเซเว่นใกล้ที่พัก ห้องพักสงบและมีครัวให้พร้อม มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบภายในห้องที่เจ้าของห้องเตรียมไว้ให้ ห้องกว้างเมื่อเทียบที่พักหลายแห่งวางกระเป๋าได้สบาย มีระเบียงใหญ่มากๆ รถไฟสายE และF จะอยู่ใกล้ที่พักแค่เดินข้ามถนน เดินไปประมาณ1โลจะขึ้นสายJRได้เหมือนกัน เราพัก9คืนถือว่าคุ้มค่า ไปง่ายทุกที่ ฉันนั่งไปโยโกฮาม่าด้วยรถไฟสายเดียว(F) จากที่พัก 🥰

ห้องน้ำเล็กจริงๆและมีฝุ่นในแอร์ ฉันเป็นภูมิแพ้ทำให้ฉันไม่สบายไปหลายคืน ( คำแนะนำอยากให้ล้างแอร์เพราะฝุ่นในแอร์หนามาก)

The unit is very spacious with a full sized bed and nice couch that can convert to another bed. The balcony is also huge with lots of space to sit outside and enjoy the fresh air. All amenities worked like washing machine and bathroom were fine. The best part is the host is amazing and very flexible with check-in and check-out time. She's also very quick to respond to any concerns. She's simply the best! Also very close walking distance to many major metro stations and attractions in Shinjuku!
