Loved this little place. Very good value for money. 10 min walk to centre of Shinjuku. Nice and clean and well set out. 7/11 right next door. Washing machine inside and a laundromat in same building to dry clothes is very handy. Apartment had everything that you need, especially if you are out most of the time anyway. Nice shower room. The owner was very responsive and helpful!
Super noisy from road. Lots of sirens throughout the night. A good set of earplugs is needed especially for the road side bedroom. A few hooks on the walls to hang coats, clothes etc would be handy as there’s not really anywhere to put your stuff. I also think the hallway area is a bit of a wasted space that could have a small couch or seating area to chill out on. Bathroom could also do with a place/hook to hang a towel at the sink.

Excellent location, spacious and clean! Great facilities - washing machine was a bonus and toiletries included (shampoo/conditioner) super helpful. Hosts were very responsive - thank you!
Being on the main road, the bedroom is quite noisy. As it was just 2 of us staying, we slept in the living room bed and closed the door which made it a lot better
