Autentyczny apartament relatywnie blisko jednego z centrów Tokio. Automatyczne przekazanie kluczy poprzez loker na kod, który został udostępniony dobę przed przyjazdem.

Jak na mnie ciut za twardy materac. Nam szwankował wi-fi. Troszkę ciasno przy kuchence elektryczne przez kosze na śmieci.

We like this Airbnb. It is 10 min walk from train station shin okubo, there are many eateries nearby station. Aeon, small supermarket is 6 mins away. Got out key thru a key box. The unit has full set kitchen, utensils, fridge, kettle, microwave, dining table and chairs for 4 pax. We bought food from 7-11 and ate there. The balcony is decent where there is a patch of grass and you can see a Sakura tree (see my photos), got nice breeze. The unit is comfortable as advertised. 2 queen beds just nice for 4 of us. The bathroom has bathtub. Washing machine and detergent are available for use. The hair conditioner make our hair smooth, like it. Compared to other Airbnb, this place slightly spacious, and really cosy and family friendly, I recommend it!

The main door has loud screech sound when opened. The 2 min road (a residential area) leading to accomodation is a bit quiet at night (you can shine your phone torchlight) but it is safe to walk alone.

The location is prefect, it’s next to a lot of convenient stores and few minutes to the train station. My friend group and I enjoyed the stay here and made it seem like we were locals. I would recommend 4 people max to stay here

Was very good value for money and in a great location, close to a station one stop out of Shinjuku. Very clean and good facilities
