Great location in the midst of Shinjuku. The place was clean and facilities were pretty new.

The noise of people walking up to the upper floor. You will be able hear people walking around very clearly.

Lage war super, alles wichtige schnell erreichbar. Vermieter amtwortete immer sehr schnell, also super Kommunikation.

Eigentlich war alles super, wenn man unbedingt etwas negatives auflisten will, dann das es maximal etwas frisch in der Unterkunft war wenn die Klima aus ist. Aber das störte uns nicht so sehr.

Good directions to retrieve keys

The location was great. The staff were very helpful. The interior of the room was very clean. The bed in the main room was very comfortable.

The exterior of the room had trash and other objects piled up (I'm not referring to the trash cans). The hallway with the two unit doors was quite dirty. There was a strange smell in the unit when we walked in, although I know that that is standard for older buildings like that in Japan. The pull-out bed/sofa in the main room was extremely uncomfortable and needs a thicker mattress desperately. I don't believe the cost for the unit matched the value.
