Modern York Apartment Walk to Station & Centre Free Parking

The location was great, just a short walk into town. Sainsbury’s local just around the corner and fast food outlets too! The sofa was very comfortable and the beds were the most comfortable I have ever experienced besides my own bed! Gold star for that⭐️ lovely facilities, my daughter was very impressed and for a 12year old that’s great! Loved the Jorvik Viking experience too. Would recommend and return

Having to either pay a one off fee of £30 or £250 deposit which then can take up to 5 days after your stay to clear is a bit cheeky! As stated the £30 is most popular which basically means you are paying £30 ontop of the price you paid for your stay!

Location was fab and communication was very good. We loved our stay!

Funky drain smell

Very strong damp smell coming from bathroom, may need some sort of ventilation ?

* Great location. * The kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances.

* The damage deposit policy was unclear. We had to pay either a non-refundable £30 fee or a refundable £250 deposit before receiving the check-in instructions, which felt like a hidden charge. * Long, narrow, and steep stairs made it difficult with luggage and unsuitable for elderly guests, young children, or anyone with mobility issues. * The apartment and bedrooms felt much smaller than they appeared in the photos. * Check-in was at 4:00 PM, and even arriving 30 minutes early required an extra fee. * No air conditioning, making the apartment very hot and uncomfortable during our stay. * No washing machine provided. Value for money: 6.5/10.
