* Great location.
* The kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances.
* The damage deposit policy was unclear. We had to pay either a non-refundable £30 fee or a refundable £250 deposit before receiving the check-in instructions, which felt like a hidden charge.
* Long, narrow, and steep stairs made it difficult with luggage and unsuitable for elderly guests, young children, or anyone with mobility issues.
* The apartment and bedrooms felt much smaller than they appeared in the photos.
* Check-in was at 4:00 PM, and even arriving 30 minutes early required an extra fee.
* No air conditioning, making the apartment very hot and uncomfortable during our stay.
* No washing machine provided.
Value for money: 6.5/10.
