Very comfortable and well presented. All that is needed for the stay is included and a very private patio area with loungers, table chairs. The host is very helpful and welcoming.

A warm personal welcome from Caroline, with special local treats. An exceptionally clean, cosy and traditional yet modern cottage with every tiny detail thought-out. The beds and pillows were so comfortable, we all slept like logs! We were there when the weather was very hot and there is a great patio area with BBQ, loungers and patio table and chairs. We have stayed in many properties and this one stands out in every way. In addition, when we got home, Caroline found something we had left behind and went out of her way to make sure we could get it back. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Not even a minor negative to report!

The location, cleanliness, outdoor space,, friendly and helpful hosts. Lovely touches such as the cake, chocolate and apple juice left for us. A friend and I booked a stay at The Old School holiday cottage, Ty Bach, for a visit to the Wonder Wool yarn show in Builth Wells. The location was perfect, both for the show, local cafes and the local countryside. The cottage was immaculate and beautifully decorated, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. After the show we made use of the outdoor space to knit and chat to the sounds of birds and the sheep! Communication with the owners was great, we can highly recommend!
