Location was great for cycling from. It was ideal for storing our bikes in the utility area. It was very comfortable and easy to live in.
No pub near by.

The cottage its self was lovely the garden was beautiful
The cottage was very remote. If we had known the bathroom was downstairs we would not have booked it as getting down the stairs from the bedrooms especially one of the bedrooms with a hobbit door to get in. A lot of bashing of the heads happened. It was very cluttered and felt like we were in a place that someone else was living in.

Location was all!...even through howling winds! Such a beautiful, tranquil garden and views to greet you every morning. The house was comfortable and cosy and had most of the amenities you would want. Lovely, clean shower/wet room, practical boot room, washing machine, microwave etc. Andrea was a considerate and friendly host. We intend to return in the summer!
Not much to dislike. The addition/convenience of a hot oven to cook quick meals (such as pizza, chicken nuggets, oven chips etc ) as the Rayburn is basically a long, slow cooker but there is a microwave for ping meals.
