Excellent location, beautiful old house with lots of character. Friendly hosts, comfy beds and lots of space.
Heating isn't very strong.

Very lovely host, communicative with thorough directions, and available when we were looking for the door on arrival. Kind and had left a thoughtful cake and milk in the kitchen for us. Home was very well heated and kept us toasty and warm throughout which absolutely helped us appreciate the cold and wet weather.
The bathroom, laundry areas were well stocked with towels, washing machine pods.
The house is really far removed from civilisation, so getting there might be a bit of an adventure for some(though we were perfectly fine with it)
I think it would be a great place to visit with another family. There are 4 bedrooms(1 single bed).only one room has a double bed the rest were twin beds so it would be a good fit for 2 families with kids!

Everything !
Location, facilities, comfort,value for money, delightful gentlemen who went through heating, log burner to ensure our comfort.
Nothing....but two observations.
1....shower on lower floor had poor flow and difficult temperature control.
2....heating was not on when we arrived, thus very cold.
But the gentleman soon sorted it out and the property...along with the wood burner, warmed up very quickly.
