For those seeking adventure on the water, kayaking on the River Wye is a must. The charming market town of Builth Wells, home to the Royal Welsh Show and a host of seasonal events, is also within easy reach.
Tucked away along a peaceful country lane, the lodge enjoys an elevated position, offering sweeping views of the surrounding landscape. The undercover terrace provides seamless access to the open-plan living space, where you can unwind in style. The lounge, bathed in natural light from sliding patio doors, features two plush sofas - perfect for relaxing in front of the TV after a day of exploring. The well-equipped kitchen/diner is ideal for entertaining, complete with an electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. A small utility cupboard houses a washing machine for added convenience. The dining area, with a table and chairs for four, enjoys stunning views through the bifold doors. Off the hallway, you’ll find two inviting bedrooms: a king-size with a front aspect and TV, and a double with a side aspect and TV. The stylish shower room includes a walk-in shower and WC.
Outside, the thoughtfully landscaped grounds invite you to sit back under the covered terrace or indulge in the private hot tub beneath a canopy - offering the ultimate relaxation with breath taking views. There is also off-road parking for two cars, ensuring a seamless countryside escape.
