Rennovated 3 Bed House 7 minute train to the Fringe & Edinburgh City Center with Real Wood Burner

I would highly recommend this property for a stay in Edinbrugh. I can not express how beautiful the property is. It was clean and renovated to an extremely high standard.The owners had given so much thought and care to provide everything needed for our stay there. There was a file with information about the house, equipment, travel, immenities, and places to visit. There was a lovely sunny back garden with seating and a fire pit.The log fire in the property certainly added the cosy touch. The owners provided lovely welcoming baskets for guests, too. The property was just outside of the centre in a quiet area. However, you could easily catch a train to Waverly station, taking you right into the centre. This was just a short 5-10min walk with trains regularly running right up to 12 pm at night. Also, a regular bus service, taking 25 mins to the centre. A couple of the buses also go to Portobello. There was a large Tescos within walking distance. Also,, restaurants, bars on the main road, including a lovely Lebanise Breakfast restaurant (well worth checking out.) All within walking distance from the house The owners were always quick to respond to emails and questions. This property is quite an exceptional place to stay. Thank you

Absolutely lovely property. Done up to a very high standard. Immacualtely clean. Great for 6 adults to stay in, very social in the kitchen area and lounge. Beds very comfortable. Bedrooms very spacious. A real bonus when we arrived there was prosecco, cava, chocolate and crisps. Just a great stay thank you

It wasnt that we did not like it however, the shower is not very powerful and it is fitted to the end of the bath that slopes which means it is a bit tricky.

Wspaniały, przytulny, dobrze wyposażony apartament i przede wszystkim CZYSTY. Lokalizacja świetna, w bliskiej odległości od centrum i lotniska. W domu czekał na nas szampan, chipsy, czekolada. Masa kosmetyków w łazience, suszarka do włosów, kuchnia wyposażona genialnie. Nowiutki piekarnik, wygodne duże łóżka, było genialnie!

Ciśnienie wody w łazience, to jedyny mały minus
