Newly and completely renovated gate house in a country setting surrounded by trees within 20 minutes of the city centre, Murrayfield stadium and Edinburgh Zoo. This 3 bedroom, 2 public room detached house, in a large wooded garden and with parking for 3 cars, would suit families as a base to explore Edinburgh and the rest of Scotland. Ground floor has kitchen with breakfast bar open plan into large dining room with table to sit 6/8 and a sofabed, bathroom with shower/bath, and 2 large bedrooms, all with stripped wooden floors.
First floor has a large lounge with beautiful views over the Pentland Hills, third bedroom (double) and a WC/shower room.
Central heating, washing machine, dishwasher, tumble drier, fridge freezer, electric hob and fan oven, tv, bluetooth speaker, unlimited wi-fi, 2 power showers, bath, outdoor seating area with table and 4 chairs. Parking for 3 cars.
