Lovely house, plenty of beds and space. Good communication. Residential area.

Issues when we arrived and accommodation wasn't ready but owner was very helpful. Shame we wasted a couple of hours hanging about with nowhere to go as it's in a housing estate and we were on foot. Not great if using public transport.

The check-in instructions were very clear from the beginning. We received a Google Drive link with everything we needed to know about the property, including check-in details, WiFi, and directions.

We stayed at the Luxury Townhouse from 27–30 July as a family, and overall it was a comfortable and pleasant experience. The property is clean, spacious, and well‑maintained, with three bedrooms on the first floor and a master bedroom on the third floor. The house layout worked well for a family stay. The internet and Netflix worked perfectly, which was convenient for the children. The kitchen was well equipped with all essential items, and the owner had thoughtfully provided drinking water bottles, few tea bags, and sugar.

A few kitchen utensils seemed like they hadn’t been cleaned for a long time, and the milk in the fridge was expired, which was disappointing — these are small, inexpensive items that should ideally be checked before guests arrive. The master bedroom had one queen bed and an additional single bed, which made the room feel smaller than expected. It wasn’t clear why the single bed was placed there, as it reduced the spacious feel of the master suite. Initially, the heating wasn’t working, but I later realised the issue was due to old batteries in the thermostat. After replacing them, the heating on the first floor worked fine.
