We did like the property, a newer modern kitchen, and appliances. The bed was comfortable.
We required instructions as to how to get the hot water running in the shower. It may be common Scotland, but being US citizens we had not seen that before.

Excellent location for easy access to Edinburgh and very convenient for airport
Sofa too low and uncomfortable, and the bed sheets were not aired and had that damp dried smell.
