Was clean but could be doing with a wee once over in certain areas but nothing major to put your off staying here

Safe and warm but not clean.

The house was warm and the appliances we used all worked. The beds were comfortable. The surfaces (e.g. floors, kitchen counters) appeared clean. Blackout blinds throughout the property. We were provided with clean towels. There was a dishwasher to use.

The bath didn’t look like it had been cleaned in the last month. Dirty marks on headboard and cushions. None of the mirrors or windows were clean. There were cobwebs everywhere. No pillow protectors. Pots and frying pans were thick with grimy oil from past usage. I had planned to cook in the kitchen but changed my mind and went home a day earlier than planned because I didn’t want to spend hours cleaning in house which cost a lot of money and should have been adequately cleaned already.

Great value for your money, comfortable and cozy!

Quite spacious apartment. We were 3 persons, fitting with no issues. The kitchen is equipped with all needed. No any issues with heating or hot water. All is working just fine! The beds were well served, clean and comfortable. Location is very good as well. Just 25 mins by public transport from historic centre. Better to use the train or bus #22 (the stops are just 100-150m away. You also can use tram, but in this case the nearest stop is 600-700m away. Also, there are some supermarkets (Tesco, Lidl) and pubs are near by (“White lady” is great!)

Fantastic

We had a wonderful stay! The property was very clean and located in a great area , easy to access and just a short walk from public transport. The customer service was excellent, and we really appreciated the free parking. It’s only about a 7-minute drive to Tesco and Lidl, and around 10 minutes to Asda, which was super convenient. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout our stay. My family absolutely loved it, and we’d definitely come back again!

The only thing I didn’t like was that I wanted to book it for 3 nights but could only get 2 because the next night was already booked 😂😂😂. That just shows how popular the place is! Definitely would love to stay again.

Nice place and friendly host

Very spacious, comfortable beds, everything as on the photos, friendly communication with the host

unfortunately the termostat did not work, it was quite cold and we arrived pretty late, but the host was kind to reply and eager to solve the problem even in the late evening. We have managed to find a solution. Overall, I can recommend this place for a stay :)

Staff were in touch and have explained everything via message. The location is 10 mins from city centre by train that stops 5 minutes walking from the apartment. Quiet area + free parking 🅿️ The kitchen has everything that we needed (even salt, pepper, etc) WiFi is super fast Mirror is in each room

Location great. Facilities good but let down by lack of cleanliness in some areas and serious lack of comfortable furnit

Location was ideal for our purposes.

Oven hob dirty. Cooker hood very greasy. Dishwater dirty and smelly. Most uncomfortable sofa ever. No furniture that we could actually relax on.

Fab owners, handy little cottage for Edinburgh visits and FREE PARKING!

Great to have free parking, really lovely and helpful hosts - excellent choice for trips to Edinburgh city. Nice and quiet location on a residential estate and super-easy check-in/out. Definitely a step or 2 up from motels: Travelodge, Premier Inn etc. Enough space for our group of 3 adults, even 4 I'd say - I recommend! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

No outside space at all, but to be fair you can see that in the listing and we didn't need it as we were in/out - not a major negative. Also owners had not given the house number in the property info, but responded very quickly to my call for advice, gave a big apology and stayed on the phone with me while we found the house, so not really a negative either😉

Very convenient property near airport and quick to city centre! Amazing and friendly host too!

The property was a home away from home! We stayed here just 2 nights but had a very relaxing stay. The host was very accommodating and helpful - answered all our questions regards the area and Edinburgh in general! Highly recommended!

We only stayed 2 days but could comfortably stay longer. The property was unable to extend our stay as it was fully booked for the week already

Perfect layover spot for road trip to rest of Scotland! Easy access into Edinburgh city centre.

The apartment is very cozy and comfortable for our family of 4. Very near Edinburgh Airport and free parking was also available! We were also able to access central Edinburgh very quickly by train - the train station was walking distance very closeby.

The apartment has one conveniece store nearby within 2 minutes walk but it’s not a large supermarket. If you drive out to Gyle Centre or Hermiston Gait then there is large Tescos Superstore and Morrisons for all your grocery shopping.

Bien situé pour séjourner à proximité de l'aéroport sans être trop loin de la ville /Murrayfield.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les échanges avec l'hôte qui a été réactif et aidant. Le calme du quartier est un plus. La proximité d'arrêts de transports en commun sur la ligne du bus 22 (ou "métro" qui fait aéroport-Murrayfield-gare centrale) permettent de se déplacer facilement toutes les dix minutes pour un prix modéré par rapport au taxi. La proximité d'un restaurant familial avec un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Je tiens à souligner l'attention de l'hôte qui met à disposition de ses hôtes 1 bouteille d'eau par personne, des confiseries, un paquet de spaghetti, du riz et du thé. Un geste qui fait plaisir ! Merci.

La baignoire est extrêmement glissante et le joint de la paroi de la baignoire n'étant pas fixé, il tombe régulièrement et engendre des risques d'éclaboussures. Le canapé a vécu, son confort est spartiate 😢

El apartamento estaba limpio, tenía todo lo necesario para nuestra estancia de 2 días. utensilios de cocina y toallas y sábanas limpias. Si viajas con coche hay sitio en la misma puerta.

En una de las camas individuales el colchón es incómodo, se hunde. Está bastante lejos del centro de la ciudad.

Schöner Aufenthalt in Edinburgh

Gute Lage, nur 4 Minuten zur Bahn, von dort 15 Minuten zur Innenstadt. Genug Parkplatz, sehr ruhig. Betten waren sehr bequem.

Sofa war sehr durchgesessen. Ein Händehandtuch im Bad wäre schön gewesen. Mussten das Duschhandtuch benutzen.
